The AI Editor is designed to streamline the recruiting process further, by reducing time spent on admin tasks like refining candidate profiles, reports, and write-ups.

While our automated AI pipelines can handle the bulk of the work, it’s not perfect on its own. Carv is trained to generate content that aligns with how a recruiter would write. After that, it needs the supervision of the recruiter. This is the essence of Human & AI collaboration—the AI does the heavy lifting, and recruiters add the finishing touch.

The result? What used to take 30 minutes now takes just 5. The AI Editor helps you get even closer to zero admin. Just tell it what final adjustments you need, and it takes care of the rest.
