1. Post-interview candidate evaluation:

2. Summary of interview:

3. Prompt before scheduling a follow-up interview:

Fun tip: you can ask the AI workmate to do multi-step tasks, like creating a handover to your hiring manager:

  • Prompt 2: Share some questions we still need to ask the candidate to get a more complete picture

  • Prompt 3: You are a recruiter and need to write an email to the hiring manager. Write an email to the hiring manager incorporating the previous 2 prompts into the email to do a good handover from the recruiter to the hiring manager, covering the summary first, and then an overview of the possible questions they can still ask.
