  1. Log in to your account and go to settings in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Open the Members tab

  3. Look for the email of the person you want to remove

  4. Click the 3 dots icon on the right of the email

  5. Hit ‘Remove’

What happens when I remove a user?

This user will no longer have access to the Carv workspace. The user’s meetings will not be deleted from the workspace automatically. If the user wants to continue using Carv, they will need to create a new Carv workspace or they need to be invited to a (different) workspace.

What happens to my Carv subscription when I remove a user?

When you remove a user from the workspace during the billing period, the number of users you’re paying for will be automatically adjusted on the next renewal moment, at the end of the billing period.

You will not receive a refund for the remaining period. However, you can add a new user instead of the removed one, without being charged additionally.

Note: on an Enterprise plan, you may be paying for a minimum number of users, or you may be paying a flat fee regardless of the number of users.
