When you open a meeting, you will find the AI Workmate. You can use it to

  • Catch up on a meeting you missed or don't remember the details of

  • Work faster by automating your post-meeting tasks

  • Spark ideas and use Carv as your brainstorming partner

  • Ask Open questions and get personalized insights

1. AI Templates

Catch me up, Work faster, and Spark ideas are represented by the buttons at the bottom right.

When you hit one of the buttons, it will open the underlying AI templates.

Every time you select one of the templates, it will automatically start a new Task.

2. Open questions

You can use the text field with "Ask anything..." to ask a follow-up question on a previous task or ask a new Open question.

The AI Workmate usually considers all task history when answering a question. So if there's already some back and forth between you and the AI Workmate, the Workmate will treat your question as a follow-up question, taking previous tasks, questions, and answers into account.

If you don't want the Workmate to follow-up on a previous task or question but instead want to start afresh with a new Open question, you click on the 'New Task' button at the top-right.
