Note: if you found Carv via the Zoom Marketplace, please note that you cannot add Carv as an app from the Zoom Marketplace. Carv is a bot that joins your meetings as a non-active participant, and cannot be added to your Zoom account. If you want to add Carv to your meetings, first create an account at app.carv.com.
In most cases, Carv joins your meetings based on your calendar events. However, sometimes you may have an impromptu meeting that was not scheduled via the calendar. You can also add Carv to these meetings. Here's how:
Open app.carv.com
Click on the + Join icon in the menu on the left
In the pop-up that opens, paste your Zoom/Teams/Meet invite link
Hit 'Invite'
Carv joins your meeting within a few seconds
When the meeting ends, we need several minutes (depending on how long the meeting was) to process it. This can be as fast as 5 minutes and up to half an hour for long calls.
Once we're done processing your meeting, you will find the recording of your call in your Carv library.
Note: You will not receive the summary email for these live meetings.
