How to Reach Us

We provide 24/7 customer support via email at [email protected]. You can also start a chat with us via the messenger widget on the bottom right of your screen.

Response Times

  • Urgent matter

We monitor our support inbox 24/7 for any urgent matters. If you report an urgent issue via email we will respond as soon as possible.

  • Non-urgent matter

Our working hours are from 9am-5pm CET.

If you reach out to us by email during these times with a non-urgent issue, you can expect a response within 1 hour.

If you contact us outside of these times about a non-urgent issue, you can expect a response when we're back online the next working day.
