How can I let Carv record my Aircall calls automatically?

Connect your admin Aircall account to Carv, and have Carv record the calls you and your team members make automatically.

If you're using Aircall to make calls, you can now connect specific phone numbers associated with your admin Aircall account to your Carv account. Carv will then record both the calls you and your team members make with these numbers and upload them to Carv automatically.

Connecting your Aircall account to Carv

Before connecting your Aircall account to Carv, please make sure:

  1. Your Aircall account has the admin role. The admin role is required for Carv to integrate with Aircall.

  2. The email associated with your admin Aircall account matches the email you use to login to Carv. Carv can only record calls if the emails match.

  1. Log in to Carv

  2. Open the Settings page

  3. Navigate to the Account tab

  4. Scroll down to the “Aircall" option

  5. Click “Connect” and you will be directed to Aircall

  1. If you are not already logged into your Aircall account, you'll need to log in

  2. Click "Authorize" at the bottom of the screen

  3. At this point, you'll be prompted to select the numbers you want Carv to record calls for. Add the numbers you want and click "Add numbers" at the bottom of the screen once you are done

  4. You should now see a message saying your integration has been completed. Click “Go back to the dashboard” at the bottom of the screen.

  5. You will now be directed to the “Integrations & API” tab of your Aircall dashboard. Here you can see the integration you’ve setup with Carv. You can close this page.

From this point forward, Carv will automatically record and upload any calls you or team members in your workspace make with the numbers you added.

Disconnecting your Aircall account

  1. Log in to Carv

  2. Open the Settings page

  3. Navigate to the Account tab

  4. Scroll down to the “Aircall” option

  5. Click “Disconnect"

The green "Connected" label will disappear and you will see the "Connect" button again. From this point forward, Carv will no longer automatically record the calls you make with Aircall.

If you find your "Disconnect" button is disabled, the Aircall account associated with your Carv account doesn't have the admin role. If you want to disconnect anyway, please contact the user with the admin role in your organization.
